Jonathan was professional, prompt, honest and clear about everything he did. He went above and beyond by helping us with things outside his responsibilities. Such as hiring cleaning services, plumbers and even packing up somethings and driving them to drop them off with a friend of ours. We don’t live in the vicinity and never have met him face to face, yet we still trust him because he acted in good faith every step of the way!
